Over the past week, Himmelfarb Library users have been experiencing difficulty with RefWorks' WriteNCite functionality. The issue occurred when users try to login or sync WriteNCite/RefWorks from within Word; the sync would begin but did not complete.
The solution to this issue is to download the latest version of WriteNCite from RefWorks 'Tools' menu. The latest version is 4.2.850 and corrects this problem. You can update your personal computer immediately, and we are working to get library computers updated as soon as possible. If you have questions, ask us.
