We are experiencing connectivity issues with RefWorks' WriteNCite program. The issue occurs when users try to login or sync WriteNCite/RefWorks from within Word; the sync will begin but does not complete. We have reported this issue to RefWorks and they are working on a solution. Access to RefWorks via the web has not been affected.

This issue has been resolved. Please install version 4.2.850 or ask your IT staff for help if computer rights are an issue.
