May is Mental Health Awareness Month. The McSilver Institute for Poverty Policy and Research at New York University which is committed to disrupting poverty through research, policy and action is celebrating by recognizing champions in the field. Dr. Sherry Molock was presented as the May 2022 Champion of Mental Health Equity for the institute, as her work includes research related to suicide and HIV prevention, especially for African American adolescents and young adults and in faith-based communities! Congrats on being champion, Dr. Molock!
