Psychology Dept Expo & Reception for Colonials Weekend
"It was beyond helpful and interesting. The breakout rooms contained information that helped me understand what I wanted to do with my career in the future. I was even offered a research position. The reception embodies how a program's community should look like." ~ Undergraduate attendee
The Psych Dept had a very successful 2nd annual Expo and Reception as a part of the events for Colonials Weekend! Many students stopped by, some with parents, to learn about the exciting research being conducted by faculty, graduate, and undergraduate students. Students also had the opportunity to get one-on-one advising about the Psych major and careers.
Many parents and alums also went back to school to hear Dr. Sarah Shomstein lecture about her fascinating research on selective attention.
