Applied Social Psychology doctoral candidate Riko Boone has been awarded a $4800 Williams Institute’s LGBTQ+ and Racial Justice Small Grant to support his dissertation research focused on Black sexual and gender minority people’s willingness to participate in COVID vaccine research. The Institute noted that they received more than 80 proposals and "were incredibly impressed with the scope and caliber of work being done by scholars in this area."
