In December of 2021, Applied Social Psychology faculty Dr. Lisa Bowleg, was the webinar speaker at the SEICHE Center for Health and Justice at Yale. The center's focus is on clinical care, research, education, and advocacy focused on mass incarceration and health. Dr. Bowleg's talk was titled: "Unemployment, incarceration and police brutality: What I've learned about intersectionality and structural inequality from my HIV prevention research with U.S. Black Men." Her talk discussed unemployment, incarceration, and police brutality.
