Bakhodir Akhmedov is a lecturer in the Department of Accounting at the International Business School “Kelajak Ilmi”. He teaches courses in Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting and Cost Accounting. During the spring semester of 2007, Bakhodir Akhmedov was a visiting research scholar at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. His stay in the USA was supported by the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

His academic advisor at The George Washington University was Professor Krishna Kumar, Department of Accounting. He observed and studied courses in Financial Statement Analysis, Advanced Financial Management, Financial Reporting Standards and Doctoral Seminars in Accounting. During his stay at GWU (January – June 2007) he created a new course called “Financial Statement Analysis” and developed the structure of the MBA program for the International Business School “Kelajak Ilmi”.
