In memory of Roger Boyd, a distinguished government contracts practitioner and partner at Crowell & Moring, the Roger Boyd Fund was established at GW Law by his Firm, family, and other donors. The fund provides a scholarship stipend for the student editor-in-chief of the Public Contract Law Journal, published by GW Law in cooperation with the ABA’s Section of Public Contract Law.
