Roger N. Boyd Scholarship

As the current Editor-in-Chief of the Public Contract Law Journal, 3L Maura Bradley is this year’s Boyd Scholar. She spent last summer at McGuireWoods and after graduation, Maura will clerk for Judge Ryan T. Holte of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Ruth Burg Government Procurement Law Scholarship

3L Sophie Marsh is this year’s Burg Scholar. Sophie is a Senior Articles Editor of the PCLJ, has interned at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and will be clerking for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals after graduation.

Coalition for Government Procurement Scholarship

2L Brandon Hancock is this year’s CGP Scholar. Brandon is a U.S. Army veteran and member of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal. Brandon is interested in the intersection of Government Procurement & Cybersecurity.

Philip and Sara Davis Endowed Scholarship in Government Procurement:

3L Allison Moors is the inaugural recipient of the Davis scholarship. Allison is a current co-chair of the Arnold & Porter Government Contracts Moot Court Competition, member of the PCLJ, and will be clerking for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals after graduation.

Larry D. Harris Memorial Law Scholarship

2L Amaiya Johnson is this year’s Harris Scholar. She is Vice President of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), a member of the The George Washington International Law Review, and a Dean’s Fellow for Fundamentals of Lawyering Program.

Fred Lees Memorial Scholarship

3L Emily Golchini is the inaugural awardee of the Lees scholarship. Emily is the President of the Government Contracts Student Association (GCSA), a member of the PCLJ, and will join the government contracts group of Crowell & Moring after graduation.

Murray J. Schooner Scholarship for Government Procurement

3L Jonathan Clark is this year’s Schooner Scholar. Jonathan is a Senior Managing Editor of the PCLJ and was a finalist in the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court World Championship in Paris, France. He will join the government contracts group of Wiley Rein after graduation.
