During the 2006-2007 academic year Arben Dermaku was a visiting research scholar at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. His stay in the USA was supported by the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. His advisor at The George Washington University was Professor George Jabbour, Department of Finance.
Arben Dermaku is a teaching assistant in the Department of Accounting, Finance & Banking at the University of Prishtina. He is currently teaching courses in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting. During his stay in the U.S. he has investigated financial markets and financial reporting.
