During the 1996-1997 academic year Renate Martinsen was a visiting research scholar at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. Her mentor at GW was Professor Stuart Umpleby. At the time, Renate Martinsen was a professor at the Institute for Advanced Studies in Vienna, Austria. Her research interests include: Modern Political Theory, History of Political Ideas, Political Ethics, Evolution vs. Regulation, Technology and Innovation Research, and Biotechnology Policy in Global Arenas. |
