Filip Turcinovic was a visiting scholar from Montenegro during the 2003-2004 academic year at The George Washington University. His time in the U.S. was sponsored by the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. His mentor at GWU was Professor Sean Murphy.
Mr. Filip Turcinovic has been in the field of international public law for more than 20 years. During his education and his PhD studies, he showed special interest in this area of law. He also exhibited a strong interest in international affairs, which is the reason for his professorship in the Department of Philosophy at the University in Banja Luka, School of Journalism and his book International Affairs. He has published four books and more than 30 articles.
