DRAGANA CIMESA ZEC, M.Sc.

Dragana Cimesa was a visiting scholar from Serbia and Montenegro during the 2003-2004 academic year at The George Washington University. Her visit was sponsored by the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Her mentor at GWU was Professor Mark Starik.

Ms. Cimesa graduated with the Master’s in Business Administration from the Braca Karic University . She completed her thesis titled “Evolution of Company Strategy in Theory and Practice of Management.” She studied as an undergraduate student at the same university and received her Bachelor of Science there.

Before coming to GWU she worked as an assistant teacher at the School of Entrepreneurial Management of the Braca Karic University. During that period she taught Strategic Management; International Strategic Management; Basics of Management; Business Communications, Culture and Ethics; and Accounting.

Ms. Cimesa for the past four years was also an active coordinator of the Public Debate at Braca Karic University. She organized more than forty visits of successful and prominent businessmen, professors and expert teams who manage the leading companies in Serbia.
