During the 1995-1996 academic year, Natalia Guseva was a visiting research professor at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning. Her stay in the USA was supported by the Regional Scholars Exchange Program, which is funded by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. Her mentor at GW was Professor Stuart Umpleby.
Dr. Natalia Guseva is currently a senior lecturer at the Irkutsk State Academy of Economics. Her primary areas of research are the sociology of labor, labor resources, theory of statistics, socio-economic statistics, and statistics of labor. From November 1991 until 1994, she conducted, at the same institution, her post-graduate studies after which she received her degree.
