During the spring of 2010 Harald Fuchs was a visiting research scholar at The George Washington University, affiliated with the Research Program in Social and Organizational Learning, Management Department, School of Business. His stay in the USA was supported by the Marshall Plan Foundation. His mentor at The George Washington University was Professor Stuart A. Umpleby.
He has a BS degree from the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. His interests include implementing cybernetic principals on the building site, project management, building physics and scheduling and task management.
