Reem AlRabiah is a fourth-year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program at GWU. She grew up in Saudi Arabia and moved to the United States for her undergraduate studies. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2019 with a major in Psychology and a minor in Modern Middle Eastern Studies. Reem’s research focuses on anxiety disorders in the context of natural and human-made disasters. She is interested in the impact of cultural factors on the mechanisms of disorder development and scalable preventative interventions.
