  • Anti-racism and Social Justice Research: Focusing on research/scholarship regarding strategies and specific actions that challenge and counter prejudice and systematized discrimination or antagonism based on race.
  • Community Health Research: Focusing on research/scholarship to advance community health and wellness during and after the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Engaged Scholarship in an Online Environment: Addressing the challenges of community-engaged scholarship in a remote/online environment, especially in the wake of COVID-19.
  • Service-Learning Assessment: Exploring approaches to assessing learning outcomes from service-learning courses and projects in the context of community-engaged scholarship.
  • International/Global Service-Learning: Exploring avenues for enhancing and expanding collaboration between U.S. community-engaged scholars and scholars in other countries.
