The full-time faculty of GW’s Government Procurement Law Program – led by Associate Dean Jessica Tillipman—are widely recognized as thought leaders in the field, producing scholarship that changes the way the world thinks and talks about public procurement. Professors Laura Dickinson, William Kovacic, Steven Schooner, Joshua Schwartz, and Christopher Yukins —offer students years of experience in the federal government and the private sector. In 2023, the Program also welcomed Government Procurement Fellow and Visiting Associate Professor of Law, Annie Willett. Our students are also supported by Mary Kate Hunter, our Government Procurement Research Librarian, and Stephanie Allgaier, the Director of Graduate Student Services.
The program also includes adjunct faculty members who are prominent legal professionals from entities including:
