The full-time faculty of GW’s Government Procurement Law Program – led by Associate Dean Jessica Tillipman—are widely recognized as thought leaders in the field, producing scholarship that changes the way the world thinks and talks about public procurement. Full-time rofessors Laura Dickinson, William Kovacic, Steven Schooner, and Christopher Yukins, as well as Distinguished Professorial Lecturer in Government Procurement Law, Lou Chiarella, offer students years of experience in the federal government and the private sector.
