All individuals intending to attend the SGSMA 2024 conference must register. Early-bird registration ends on April 15, 2024. At least one author in each accepted paper must register for the conference before May 15, 2024. The authors who do not register prior to this deadline will not have their papers included in the conference proceedings and schedule. Tutorials, social events, and technical sessions are included in the registration.
AUTHOR INFORMATION
Author Registration Deadline: May 15, 2024
- Each Author Registration is valid for two (2) paper submissions.
- Each Paper Submission may contain up to six (6) pages.
- Additional Paper(s) can be purchased for a fee of US$150 per paper.
CONFERENCE POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by May 1, 2024. Requests later than this date will not be considered. There will be an administrative fee of US$25 deducted from each refund.
Substitution Policy: All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address contact@sgsma2024.org.
