The Research Pod 2 Intent to Submit form is meant to streamline the proposal assignment process while also allowing for dynamic workload balancing. The form itself, available to all principal investigators served by the Pod, is nine questions long and is designed to be completed within a minute. All PIs intending to submit a proposal with support from Pod 2 must complete an entry.
Upon receiving a response, the managers will assign a sponsored research administrator (SRA) to the proposal. The SRA will be in contact within approximately three business days to perform a kickoff meeting and intake to gather the remaining information needed to start work on the proposal package. Below is a brief outline of the information required to complete the form.
