The Well at Oxon Run is an urban farm and community wellness space planned for DC’s Ward 8, a neighborhood that often lacks resources due to historic disinvestment. This space is the result of a partnership with the DC Dept. of Parks and Recreation, The Green Scheme, The Friends of Oxon Run, and community members. Help them by donating here.
They are working to raise $1 million over the next year to cover initial farm costs and an additional $3 million to support the farm’s operational costs over the next three to five years.
