So you’re graduating this spring. Give yourself some credit and start letting people know!  Especially us in the UHP.
For realzies, we really need to know.  We won’t know unless you tell us.  And if we don’t know, then you won’t know about things like our super exclusive reception (Finger foods! Beverages! Awkward family photo opportunities in front of gorgeous skyline views!)
Fortunately, you own’t miss out on a thing if you fill out this super quick Intent to Graduate form. You have until 5pm on February 1st to fill it out.

It’s a busy time of year for seniors, so we know you might have forgotten.  If you’re pursuing Special Honors in your degree in lieu of an Honors Senior Thesis, make sure to fill out the Special Honors Verification Form by February 15th, 2013.  Don’t delay!

Fill Out Your Graduation Form

Are you graduating this spring? Fill out this super quick form. You have until 5pm on February 1st to fill it out.
Here are some commonly asked questions and answers regarding this form:
Q) Is this form the same as the “Special Honors Verification” form?
A) No. That’s different.
Q) Is this form the same as the graduation form for GW at large?
A) No. That’s also different.
Q) Kind of related, but what was the color of the horse in The Wizard of Oz?
A) …. Different.  It was a horse of a different color.  You’re very clever.  Please submit the form now.

What do we do with the info?  We use it to make sure you get important graduation related information — like how to get your tickets to the special Honors reception and how to pick up your gold cords, among other things.
