Check out this fantastic opportunity for engineering undergrads!
The benefits of the program include a substantial yearly scholarship, funding for internships and study abroad, early move-in for all four years, personalized advising about internships, monthly fancy dinners with engineering professionals and awesome people (like astronauts and Oscar winners).
There are a few requirements and some time commitment. You will have to go abroad. There is a leadership boot camp before every semester you attend. You have to have an internship the summer after sophomore and junior year and you have to have a 3.0 (which is needed for Honors anyway).
If you have any questions about the Clark Scholars program, or want to know information, email the UHP at uhp@gwu.edu and we’ll put you in touch with a Clark Scholar in the UHP. The link to apply is http://www.seas.gwu.edu/seasundergraduate/currentstudents/Clarkengineeringscholars_requirements.html
The deadline is March 1, 2013.
