Freshmen! We’re pleased to present to you a smorgasbord of delightful workshop offerings! You need to attend just one session, so pick the one you’d like and sign up before it fills up! Each workshop topic will have a session on both Foggy Bottom (in the club room at 714 21st St. NW) and one on the Mt. Vernon Campus (in Ames 101Q). Click the date and time you’d like, and sign up!

When should I do research, am I ready now? How do I get involved? And how do I talk to faculty about it? This workshop will explore the wonderful world of undergraduate research and give you the understanding and confidence to take the plunge and make some knowledge!

If you were intrigued by your StrengthsFinder results during our fall 2012 small group meetings and want to learn more, this workshop is for you. We will delve further into interpreting your five themes, learn how they interact and overlap, and develop concrete strategies for how you can capitalize on your talents in order to reach academic, extracurricular, career, and personal goals.
