Academic Standards:
A grade point average of 3.0 is required for graduation. Students who receive a grade of "C" in more than 6 credit hours are subject to suspension. Students who receive a grade of "F" must confer with the dean before enrollment for further work.

Course Drops Withdrawals:
We ask all students to first notify their course professor(s) before dropping or withdrawing from an ETL course.  For course withdrawals, permission from the course professor is required.  Students may also refer to ETL Program Critical Dates for the course refund schedule.

Incompletes:
If the instructor agrees to give the student an “I”, an Incomplete Contract (refer to "forms") must be completed and signed by both the student and the course instructor.  The coursework must be completed within the designated time period agreed upon by the instructor and student, but no more than one calendar year from the end of the semester in which the course was taken. If the work is not completed within the designated time, the grade will automatically be converted to an “F”, Incomplete Failure, 0 quality points, and the grade point average and academic standing re-calculated..
