GW Library Library Services:
The library is not just a big brick building anymore! Our library system's websites offer a number of resources to distance education programs/students, including resources for finding articles, getting a RefWorks account, and many other online services. There are also many ways you can "Ask a Librarian" for help from the convenience of your own computer.

GSEHD Career Services Center:
The GSEHD Career Services Center has a Virtual Career Center, as well as many other resources. There is also a GWU Career Center.

Veterans' Services:
The George Washington University Office of VALOR Student Services is committed to providing our student veterans, dependents, and military personnel with both student support services and student administrative services.  Their administrative roles include processing payments from the VA and ensuring that students understand the process to ensure that they will be receiving their benefits from the VA.

GW Writing Center:
ETL students can get help with their writing by scheduling an appointment through the online system gwriter@gwu.edu.

GW Disability Support Services:
Disability Support Services (DSS) at GW recognizes disability in the context of diversity.  They work collaboratively with students, faculty and staff across the campus to foster a climate of universal academic excellence, while also promoting disability culture and GW’s broader diversity and inclusion initiatives.

University Counseling Center:
A mental health professional is available to speak to GW students about any mental health related concerns. Call the "UCC 24/7" at 202-994-5300. During hours of operation (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm), ask to speak with the Counselor-on-Call. After hours and on weekends, choose option #3 to be connected with a Counselor-on-Call ("Call-A-Counselor," n.d., para. 1). There is no charge for the first six sessions. After the first six sessions, there is a charge of $60 per session.
