Course Drop / Withdrawal Refund Schedule

See also:  "Withdrawal Policies".  For authorized withdrawals and program adjustments, tuition and fees will be adjusted according to the following schedule:

Refund Schedule - Fall, Spring and Summer 

See ETL Program Critical Dates for refund schedules.  The schedule may not apply to recipients of federal aid.   Students receiving federal aid should contact the Student Accounts Office for applicable cancellation policy.


Refunds
Students can choose to have their Non-Title IV credit balance held until the following term by logging into GWeb. Once logged in, navigate to: "Student Records and Registration",  → "Student Accounts"  → "Request for Refund".  The refund form gives the option to hold all or a portion of the credit balance on the account.  See: Student Accounts Office - Refunds for additional information.
