When people go away to school for undergrad everyone talks about the Freshman 15. In this new COVID environment now we’ve had more and more people realizing they’ve gained the COVID-20. If you’re looking for ways to shed these few extra pounds, your in luck! GW’s campus and facilities may be closed however the Campus Rec Center is offering virtual fitness classes for FREE 7 days a week.
Classes range from core training, pilates, HIIT, Zumba and 4 different styles of Yoga.
