Funding
Students admitted through a combined degree program receive the equivalent of a graduate tuition award in the form of a reduction to their required graduate credits. Therefore, combined degree students are not eligible for CCAS Dean's Scholarships or the International Graduate Funding Initiative.
However, they may be eligible for the Grad2Grad 10% graduate tuition reduction program, and are encouraged to explore other graduate funding options through the Office of Student Financial Assistance and the Office of Graduate Student Assistantships and Fellowships. Early deadlines may apply for some opportunities, so combined degree students should explore these
options as soon as they are admitted to combined degree status.
Departments can offer Graduate Assistant positions to combined degree students, but only once they have graduated from undergrad and entered their first graduate term.
