GWU Culinary Medicine Journal Club

The purpose of the CMIG Journal Club is to educate and spread nutrition and health messages to interested medical students and individuals across the country. Every month, we have a virtual speaker present on a research topic to our Culinary Medicine and Health Meets Food audience. Our goal is to have medical students from different institutions present on a topic of their choice to hundreds of students, nutritionists/dieticians, and healthcare providers at our meetings. Together, we hope to collaborate, network, and grow together as a Culinary Medicine community.
