The GW Culinary Medicine Program offers multiple opportunities to be involved at the Seva Teaching Kitchen.
• Undergraduate Class in Culinary Medicine. CULI 1810, Fundamentals of Culinary Medicine is a 3 credit hour course includes hands-on cooking classes, didactic lectures, guest speakers and field trips.
• Volunteering - If you are interested in volunteering your time to help teach community cooking classes the team will help get you trained. We offer both in-person and virtual community cooking classes for both English and Spanish speaking adults. Contact Kerri Dotson
