The Culinary Medicine Program hosts research opportunities for medical students to expose them to culinary medicine and research. The ultimate aim of this initiative is to recruit students to academic medicine; specifically to nutrition research and culinary medicine. The opportunity is not currently funded however there is great potential for us to work together towards a grant funded project.
The focus of the program is to provide the student with research experience alongside a research mentor. Each student will meet regularly with the team.
