The Coalition for Community Writing is happy to remind you that the proposal submission portal is open for the October 12-14 conference in Denver, and we will be accepting proposals until February 5, 2023.
https://whova.com/portal/
We want to offer some advice about this submission system we're using. It requires 2 steps, so please plan accordingly with the deadline in mind. First, you will be asked to upload your general information (you can do this at any time). Because this platform is currently only being used for submissions, the price says "Free." That just means it's free to submit. When we open registration in April, the platform will update to a registration option. While we don't have exact prices yet, you can expect registration to be comparable to past in-person CCW's and other professional conferences.
After you submit part 1, you'll receive an email from Whova (the platform company) thanking you for your interest and inviting you to click a button labeled "Submission Form" to submit your actual proposal. I apologize for the clunkiness of this 2-part system.
When you click to submit, you'll see the basic form questions about your proposal, and there is an upload icon for you to submit your proposals.
Here is the main conference webpage, where you'll find all updates and our Call for Proposals.
