The Gender Equality Initiative in International Affairs and the Global Women's Institute are hosting an event on International Women's Day featuring Azar Nafisi, Iranian-American author of Reading Lolita in Tehran and Read Dangerously. The topics of women-led protests in Iran and Nafisi's experiences as a feminist and an Iranian woman in exile will be discussed followed by a Q&A session.
