Math Matters, a tutoring program led by the Nashman Center and GWTeach, is open to undergraduate and graduate students interested in STEM, education, and tutoring. Math Matters provides high-impact math tutoring for middle school students in Washington, D.C..
Tutors receive training from GWTeach and the Nashman Center to ensure quality and meaningful tutoring experiences. The tutoring position is a semester-long commitment available to volunteers and Federal-Work-Study students.
