On Wednesday, November 3rd from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., the Elliott School of International Affairs’ Leadership, Ethics, and Practice (LEAP) initiative will be hosting a discussion titled, “Leading with Empathy.”
The LEAP initiative was established “with the hope that every graduate would become a capable and effective international affairs practitioner.” The event on Wednesday will ask students to question, “what place do empathy, kindness, and collaboration have in the future of leadership?” The event is one of many that LEAP hosts to empower and motivate Elliot students as they prepare to become leaders in international affairs.
