Lang Center at Swarthmore College is partnering with Campus Compact to accept nominations for up to twenty engaged faculty, staff, and administrators to join a virtual collaborative learning and leadership cohort from April 2021 to March 2022. The application will close on April 13th, 2021.
The Engaged Scholars Initiative is a one-year leadership program designed to develop a diverse group of early-career faculty and staff who can strengthen their own critical community engaged scholarship and lead change with their institution and communities. The 2021-2022 cohort will consist of 20 individuals from Campus Compact member institutions across the country who will meet virtually over the course of a year. The gatherings will include 3-4 virtual retreats, monthly virtual meetings, mentorship opportunities, scholarly projects, etc. All gatherings for this cohort will be held virtually.
