Do you enjoy working with kids and want to be a part of 2014 Colonial Inauguration? We are currently looking for this summer’s CI Staffers!
CI Staffers work for the Siblings Program during Colonial Inauguration. The Siblings Program allows younger siblings to learn more about GW and gives them insight on where their older brothers and sisters will be spending the next four years. Duties range from guiding the siblings around DC throughout CI to interacting with and providing information to incoming first-year students and their families.
This is a unique opportunity where you will gain professional work experience, personal connections with fellow staff and administrators, and have fun while welcoming new families into the GW community. Training will start in the spring and the position will run through early July.
Come learn more about the CI Siblings Program and how to apply at an information session, which will be held November 4-8th. You must attend an information session to apply.
The dates and times of the information sessions are:
- Monday, November 4: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Multicultural Student Services Center 209
- Tuesday, November 5: 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm, Marvin Center 309
- Wednesday, November 6: 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Mount Vernon Campus (MVC) West Hall B108B
- Thursday, November 7: 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Marvin Center 407
- Friday, November 8: 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Thurston Piano Lounge
Applications due November 15th.
