Following opening remarks by Senator Kaine, there will be a lively and
provocative debate on the topic, moderated by Gov. Baliles,
and featuring members of the undergraduate Policy Debate teams from
GW, Georgetown, the US Naval Academy, the University of Pittsburgh
the University of Mary Washington, and James Madison University.
The event will end with a Q&A discussion with the audience.
