Chilean BBQs are used to bring family and friends together. My host family's favorite tradition is to host an "asado" after church every Sunday. The food is amazing and the company even better!

Papa cookin'
Mom takes care of the rice and salad while dad dedicates himself to developing the perfect pieces of meat.
Carne
Chileans use a large amount of salt to flavor various things. It is the only "spice" dad uses on the meat.
Choripan y pevre
A Chilean classic! Kind of like sausage with pico de gallo.

A full plate of Chilean favorites including the "Chilena" salad.
