Metro station Foggy Bottom-GWU is 2 blocks from Rome/Phillips Hall. The Rome and Phillips Hall share a building. Smith Hall is across from Rome/Phillips Hall on 22nd and I street Parking is free on Sundays on most of the streets.
Parking: Parking is free on Sunday in most places and in few places on Saturday. If you cannot find free parking, there are various nearby garages.
