Jurčić Ana was born in 1981 in Serbia. In spring 2010 she completed a fellowship at The George Washington University, School of Business, Department of Management, as part of the Junior Faculty Development Program, which is supported by the U.S. State Department. Her mentor was Professor Stuart Umpleby.

She is a Teaching Assistant teaching the subjects: Introduction to Business and Intercultural Management at the Faculty of International Economics and Faculty for Business Studies, Belgrade. Currently, she is pursuing doctoral studies in management at the Faculty for Business Studies, Megatrend University, Belgrade, Serbia. She also works as a career advisor at Megakarijera – Center for Career Development, Belgrade, and as a facilitator for the Open World Program (American Councils for International Education).
