About Sabrina:
Sabrina is the dedicated FSRT Manager, entrusted with overseeing all FSRT requests and assignments. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting faculty research, Sabrina plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team.
Responsibilities:
- FSRT Requests: Sabrina manages all FSRT requests, carefully assigning them to team members based on expertise and workload.
- Training and Follow-Up: She takes charge of training new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Additionally, Sabrina follows up with team members to provide support and guidance as needed.
- Faculty Support: Sabrina provides invaluable support to esteemed faculty members such as Dr. Philippe Bardet and Dr. David Broniatowski, offering assistance and expertise in their research endeavors.
- Financial Analysis: In addition to her role with FSRT, Sabrina serves as the Financial Analyst for the CoNEP and TRAILS center grants, bringing her financial acumen to the table to support these initiatives.
- Operations Management: Sabrina also takes on the responsibility of Operations Manager for the PREP grant, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness in grant administration.

Brenna Bond - Faculty Support Research Team Grant Manger (Pre-Award Specialist)
About Brenna:
Brenna serves as the FSRT Research Grant Manager, where her primary responsibilities include overseeing pre-award FSRT requests, post-award support and managing various administrative tasks. With a robust expertise in proposal submission and post-award support, Brenna prioritizes ensuring that her team members feel supported and motivated rather than disheartened.
Responsibilities:
- Faculty Support: Brenna offers indispensable support to esteemed faculty members such as Dr. Zoe Szajnfarber, Dr. Timothy Wood, Dr. Adam Aviv and Dr. David Broniatowski, providing valuable assistance and expertise in their research pursuits.
- Pre-Award Assistance: In her role as the FSRT pre-award specialist, Brenna offers invaluable assistance in pre-award submissions, aiding in comprehending sponsor guidelines, and ensuring compliance with FOA (Funding Opportunity Announcement) requirements.

Michele Connelly - Faculty Support Research Team Grant Manger (Procurement Specialist)
About Michele:
Michele joins our team as a seasoned contracting officer for the government. In her previous role, Michele was responsible for soliciting contractual proposals and adeptly negotiating, awarding, executing, administering, and terminating contracts. Her role involved defining acquisition strategies, determining contract types, evaluating methods, and negotiating to achieve fair and reasonable business arrangements for all parties involved. With Michele's extensive background and dedication, she is well-equipped to handle the complexities of FSRT research grants and contribute to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Faculty Support: Michele provides support to Dr. Philippe Bardet , providing valuable assistance to his procurement needs and subcontract monitoring.
- Post-Award Assistance: In her role on the FSRT Michele will be providing assistance to the GW PREP Program and to the WiE TRAILS Program.
- Procurement Support: As the procurement specialist on the FSRT team, Michele will provide assistance to the FSRT faculty for procurement needs and subcontract monitoring.
