  • Receive support from a dedicated, experienced research team that will partner with you, closely following your progress and ensuring that your physical health and well-being are a priority.
  • Learn lifestyle strategies that are lifelong, including how to eat balanced meals, adopt healthy nutritional habits, and incorporate physical activity into your daily routine, all in an effort to support your long-term health and wellness.
  • Connect with a community of moms with recent GDM who share similar pregnancy and postpartum experiences to yours and are able to provide encouragement, understanding, and support along the way.
