I am the Faculty Coordinator for the International Politics Cohort of the Women’s Leadership Program, a freshman live-and-learn community at George Washington University. I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science. I teach Introduction to Comparative Politics and Introduction to International Relations in the Women’s Leadership Program and also offer an upper-level course on human rights. My research focuses on international human rights. In addition, I am interested in the scholarship on teaching and learning. I have published articles on active learning in international affairs and on graduate student involvement in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
