Advancing Diversity in Education Initiative

EthicalTech@GW has initiated a project in response to the recent Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard decision.  Our goal is to reach out in a meaningful and impactful way using practical social media and other technologies to provide high school students and their college counselors with practical, easy-to-understand advice about how to navigate in light of this decision, ultimately to enhance diversity in institutions of higher learning in the U.S.

How to Discuss Your Race or Ethnicity in College Admissions Applications

We’ve launched a guide for students applying to college on how to talk about their experiences with race and ethnicity in a way that admissions offices can permissibly consider.
