The Journal welcomes proposals for special themed issues.  If you would like to propose a special issue please provide a rationale for the issue (1-2 pages) along with either abstracts of papers you are considering for inclusion or a CFP for the issue being proposed.

Turnaround time for special issues is currently approximately eighteen months from date of acceptance of the proposal to date of publication.
