Video Submission Guidelines

Welcome to participate in the 2019 Jiangsu Cup! As a contestant, you are required to provide a short video about yourself which will be used to evaluate your qualification and proficiency level. In your recording, please introduce yourself and tell us at least one thing that you have found most interesting about learning the Chinese language and culture. You are expected to speak naturally; you will be disqualified if you read from a pre-written script. You will be disqualified if you seek help to edit your draft for memorization. If any part of your video is selected to air online, we will definitely obtain your consent first before doing so.

The video must be submitted by Friday, September 27, 2019.

The online application for the Preliminary Round is open from 9/21 to 09/27.
