Mindfulness Meditation: Healthy Living @ Himmelfarb

MindfulMeditationDid you know that mindfulness practice has been shown to reduce stress, increase memory, reduce distractability and increase empathy?  What could be better for health sciences students?

Healthy Information @ Himmelfarb is please to collaborate with Rayna Sobieski (MD 2017) to host a weekly mindfulness medication session throughout the fall semester.   Each session will bed led by Rayna and will begin at 12:30 in Himmelfarb B103 and last for 15-20 minutes.  This event is offered for free and no registration is required.  If you miss the first session or arrive late, just come the following week!
