You can use it to support your mind, body and spirit. (You do not need to participate in a GW health plan to take advantage of the portal.)

  • Enter Username: GW-Wellbeing and Password: Yourlife
  • Go to BENEFITS on the menu bar
  • Choose myStrength in the dropdown box
  • Scroll down to the Registration message at the bottom of the page
  • The Access Code to register as an individual user is GW-Wellbeing
